Our motive in 'Muallaqat' is to initiate the idea of preserving the valuable Arabic poetry on the Blockchain, with the aim of safeguarding its high value and the rights of poets. We believe in the importance of documenting and storing Arabic poems in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Blockchain where these magnificent poetic works can be preserved and made available for everyone to enjoy. We strive to enhance the value of Arabic poetry and promote our rich literary heritage through this innovative technology. Additionally, we seek to ensure that poets and creators receive their rightful recognition and protect their creations in this advanced digital context.

The "Muallaqat" are among the most famous works written by the Arabs in poetry and they were named "Muallaqat" (meaning "suspended poems"). They were called so because, like precious necklaces, they hang in the minds. It is said that these poems used to be written with golden ink and hung on the curtains of the Kaaba before the advent of Islam. These poems are considered the finest examples of ancient Arabic poetry and its essence. Therefore, people in the past were deeply interested in them, documented them, and wrote explanations for them. They usually begin by mentioning ruins and recalling the beloved poet's homeland. They were easy to memorize and these "Muallaqat" were a manifestation of his love and had his distinctive emblem.
